For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

Consequences of Violations: Violations of these content standards may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent banning from the platform. Repeat offenses or severe violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and positive environment, all users must adhere to the following conduct guidelines.

Prohibited Activities Include:

• Soliciting or promoting illegal services, including but not limited to prostitution or human trafficking.
• Harassment, intimidation, or bullying of other users.
• Creating false identities or misrepresenting personal information.

Consequences for Misconduct: Any user found to be violating these guidelines may face immediate suspension or termination of their account. In cases of illegal activity, such as human trafficking or fraud, AlphaDate will cooperate fully with law enforcement.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services: All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that AlphaDate is under no obligation to provide a refund.

Exceptions: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if made within 24 hours of a transaction and sent in writing to support@alphadate.net. Each request must include a clear explanation of the reason.

Final Decision: Granting a refund is at AlphaDate's sole discretion, and one instance does not set a precedent for future requests.
